Hallo Blogger und alle weiteren Kommentatoren. Ich bin jetzt endlich frustriert mit meinem Macbook Late 2008, weil es einfach immer nur noch langsamer wird. Dabei habe ich schon 4 GB Ram eingebaut und sorge immer dafür, dass der Speicherplatz nicht am Limit ist. Jetzt habe ich von SSDs gehört – die meinem Macbook die letzte Dröhnung geben sollen – anders wäre es wohl nicht mehr zu retten. Jetzt frage ich mich allerdings: Welche SSD soll ich mir in mein Macbook einbauen? Viele schwören auf die Intel X-25/M-25 aber ich glaube die ist mittlerweile veraltet und im Vergleich langsam. Die Vertex 3 und die Intel 520 haben viel bessere Werte in ihren Tests (habe es mal verlinkt) – aber sind diese Werte überhaupt mit meinem alten Macbook zu erreichen (SATA2/3?)? Ansonsten gibt es noch ganz nette Teile von Crucial, die auch vom Preis einen guten Eindruck machen… Aber der SSD Markt überfordert mich einfach – welche SSD habt ihr verbaut? Welche könnt ihr empfehlen und vorallem: Lohnt es sich noch bei meinem Macbook? Es ist schon alt, aber als Student hätte ich jetzt nicht mal eben das Geld mir ein neues zu schießen. Für jegliche Hilfe bin ich dankbarer, als das süßeste Honigkuchenpferd der Welt – vielen Dank! Euer Maccer.
