A few days after the launching of new NoSQL Database Service that designed for the scale of the Internet, Amazon introduced a new service that provide seamless cloud backup and disaster recovery for on-premises data. The service also featured with plus easy access to AWS’s on-demand.

The press release explains that the AWS Storage Gateway connects an on-premises software appliance with cloud-based storage for seamless integration between on-premises IT environments and AWS storage infrastructure.

Amazon Web Services LLC announced the launch of Amazon DynamoDB in Jan. 18, 2012. The Amazon DynamoDB is claimmed as a new NoSQL Database Service that designed for the scale of the Internet.
